Vacation in Akumal Mexico

Staying a week in an Akumal villa is a must! My friends and I wanted to spend our spring holiday at the beach. One of them offered us his Akumal villa to lodge since we haven’t found a place to stay in Tulum, which was our first option.

We didn’t were aware of what Akumal was, not even where was it, but we all agreed on renting his villa in Akumal and made plans to met there, since half of the group came from Venezuela and half from Mexico.

When I arrived Akumal I couldn’t think to be true where I was, it was somewhat a fisherman’s village, combined with european-like province with a touch of Hawaiian/Caribbean atmosphere.

We saw no huge hotels, nor mad spring breakers; the tiny town was filled with locals and friendly large tourist families. We adored Akumal since the instant we arrived there!

We went to the Akumal Villa’s area, and we were sincerely astounded by the excellent houses that we saw, but it wasn’t till we got to our house that we really started slobbering.

The holiday was our unsurpassed favorite; since we had all types of adventures and practiced every water sport kind. The night life offered different and fun activities; from Playa del Carmen’s unusual night clubbing to seaside starry and sandy Akumal friendly bar.

Don’t hesitate when deciding for a seaside holiday place, select and rent an Akumal villa and have the experience of a life time.
