Richard Dean Anderson is MacGyver

MacGyver is a show that ran for about 7 seasons. The star of the show was Richard Dean Anderson. Let us be serious he was the man. With duct tape and his Swiss army knife he could make or fix anything or solve any problem. He is the ultimate problem solver. He is sort of like a secret agent or something like that. The show was on ABC. He is intelligent, optimistic, and pretty laid back. The thing that sets him apart for me is that he refuses to use a gun. He primarily works with Peter Thornton and the Phoenix foundation. His full name for the series was Angus MacGyver but he mostly went by MacGyver or Mac. He is always able to improvise and make anything he needed out of house hold items usually in life or death situations. Many of the episodes started out with MacGyver already on a mission at the beginning. Throughout the 7 seasons the show was filmed in California and Canada. Back to Pete he is his boss and his best friend. One of his main talents or skills is his scientific knowledge and his ability to use common items very inventively. The show usually revolved around him helping someone and a lot of times he was going to go get his buddy Pete out of a jam or difficult situation. And of course there was his classic nemesis Murdock a master of disguise. Murdock never dies and always seemed to pop up when least expected.
