Unknowingly living next door to a child molester, I spent the last year living in an apartment building full of people I did not know. Having a daughter I realized how serious the situation was when I heard about this man later.

Obviously I found it to be terrifying because I spend every hour of my days working. I don’t have a spouse at home, and my daughter arrives from school many hours before I even leave work. This situation had horrible potential due to the male who resided next to me. Nothing undesirable occurred and I have moved since the information reached me.

I realized a lot more now and that I should have gotten a personal report about each and every person living in the apartment building. I know that I will not make this mistake again! When I moved into my new apartment I made sure to get a personal report on each and every person that lived in the building. I’m really glad I did because now I’m able to breathe again. Sure, I didn’t need state birth records on these people, but it was good to know if they were convicted of any serious crimes. At my present residence nobody had any problem with me though on the other hand everybody had problems with me at my old residence and I gained a great valuable experience from that.

I admit that it was wrong to think so, but the marriage records that I received by looking up these people were quite entertaining. I think its funny that one of my female neighbors has been thrice divorced. I just wanted to point out that getting a personal report on someone can have a very positive impact.

You have many options, including a service via the internet for a fee. Another choice would be to hire a private investigator to get the information.
