New Ways to Define & Combat The Effects of Aging

Last month I began waking with a wet brow and wet sheets. My girlfriends warned me I would soon need to persevere the fun of menopause night sweats but I really expected to first experience them as distinct hot flashes. And I did not really assume they would occur as night sweats first.
Thankfully we now no longer need to sit idly at home in ignorance when we begin suffering these problems. I have discovered many websites that provide a broad range of safe suggestions to help me combat my menopause night sweats. The Web is truly an empowering phenomenon for the discriminate but open-minded person.
Recently my husband began suffering from pains in his stomach after meals. Being the paranoid person that he is, he soon began wondering if he was experiencing stomach cancer symptoms. After a visit to this site, stomach cancer symptoms, we realized it could easily be indigestion or an ulcer and not necessarily cancer. Of course we visited a doctor, and sure enough, my husband was suffering from a stomach ulcer and not cancer. However, quickly accessing several resources of information on the Internet empowered us to not over-react.
Last yet certainly not least, in the past I’ve usually steered clear of those silly fake-looking tans. But now with the threat of melanoma increasing, began to wonder if I’d ever be capable of safely enjoying a pleasant warm glow from a natural suntan again. After all, I did my fair share of irresponsible sunbathing in my earlier days.
But recently I read a number of essays on how much sunless suntanning has evolved in the last few decades. So I researched and found a sunless spray tan to try, and wow! Those sunless spray tans truly have become much more convincing. Even though they still use dihydroxyacetone (DHA) as the primary ingredient, they are far less messy and much more convincing than I’d expected. DHA simply changes the tone of your top layer of skin cells, so it is perfectly safe and it naturally sloughs off over time.
I still have a little stigma about a artificial tan, but I’ll learn to adapt. It looks great, it’s safer, and it makes me feel more confident.
